Ordering
Please allow 3-7 days for retail orders to be processed. If you have a specific date in which you need your order, please email us with reference to your Invoice # and we will try to accommodate you. All orders must be paid for before we will begin processing your order.
Shipping
When your order is ready to ship, we will send you notice of payment for exact shipping charges and provide you with a tracking number if applicable. We use real time shipping charges through FedEx and U.S. Postal Service.
Returns
We will exchange your candle or product for another scent only if the product is the same condition that you bought it. We do not exchange candles that have been already been burnt, as we cannot resell them.
If your product arrives damaged due to the shipping carrier, please contact us within 3 days and we will send you the paperwork that you need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. You will need to keep all packaging and contact the shipping carrier with your proof of insurance. We will always charge you for insurance unless specified otherwise. If you choose not to carry insurance on your package, we cannot be held responsible for damaged products.
Delivery
We deliver in the Bryan/College Station area at no charge with a qualifying $20 order. Please note that this does not include state and local tax in order to qualify. If your order is under the $20 limit and you live within the Bryan/College Station area, your order will be shipped to you via the U.S. Postal Service.
Please advise us in the comments section on any specific delivery times and we will try to accommodate you. Otherwise, we will contact you by email or phone when we will deliver your order.
